The VPSign™ Solution Suite consists of the following components for the enterprise wishing to become paper free:
- The VPadTM Signature Tablet
- The VPilotTM Server
The VPad signature tablet is a front-end customer facing product deployed at the employee's work station where customers are engaged, in the same place that the employee would normally present a paper contract and pen to the customer for signing.
The VPilot server is a back-end network server software package which monitors the VPad signature tablets deployed throughout the organization, interfaces with the enterprise's document archiving system and provides a web-interface to authorized users to read documents signed and sealed by the VPad signature tablet.
